Check In
Guests may check in between the hours of 1pm – 4pm. If earlier or later check in is required, arrangements may be made at time of reservation and dependant on availability.
Check Out
Guest check out is 11 am.
Reservations
All reservations must be secured with a 50% deposit on a valid credit card at time of reservation. All stays include (weather permitting) unlimited greens fees on our golf course, Scottish Glen. All days will include continental breakfast, and upon request, breakfast made to order. Minimum two night stay required for most weekends. Holidays are subject to a three night minimum. Lesser night stays may be available by chance, and prior arrangement only. All rates are subject to state and local taxes.
Holidays include: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day; Veterans Day; Presidents’ Day; Valentine’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Columbus Day; Veterans’ Day; Thanksgiving; Christmas; and New Years’.
Cancellations
We realize that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. Due to the nature of our business, and our small size, cancellations must be made 21 days prior to check in date. Cancellations made in fewer than 21 days of check in date will be subject to loss of payment. Cancelled reservations that are re-booked will receive a cancellation credit at time of re-booked reservation. Cancellations made prior to 21 days will incur a $25. Administrative fee. Cancellations will not be accepted for Holiday reservations. Cancellations must be made by phone. Cancellations by email or fax will not be honored and will be subject to fees. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be subject to standard cancellation policy. Early checkout is subject to cancellation fees.
Things To Know
For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a smoke free and pet free environment. Any damages or policy violations will be subject to additional fees charged to the securing credit card. All guests assume responsibility for personal belongings. Guest use of our facility is at your own risk. Children under 12 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult, and supervised in all common areas. Phone, Internet, and television are available in our common areas. We provide Bar, Beverage and Food Services. Special requests stocked upon advance notice. Due to PA Commonwealth laws and liability we request guests do not bring alcoholic beverages. Guests are welcome to invite friends to join them for dinner, wine and cheese tasting or to visit for a drink by our fireplace, patios, boathouse and gardens. Food and Beverage Services available during normal hours of operation or by arrangement for other times. Larger events/gatherings may be arranged with our event coordinator.
